Owari uniforms are produced in controlled production batches to maintain consistency, structure and fit integrity.

Owari — Tournament Series
Shipping: We aim to dispatch all items by 12pm on the same working day. All items are sent via Royal Mail courier complete with tracking number. Shipping services we offer range from 1-4 working day delivery depending on product and service chosen.
Returns: You have 90 days from the delivery date to return items for an exchange or refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, you can expect to receive a like-for-like replacement within 5 working days. In case a replacement is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
For requested refunds, you should receive the refund within 3 working days of us receiving the return. Note that your bank's processing time can add an additional delay of 5 to 10 business days.
When returning an item, please include a note with your order number, reason for return, and whether you require a refund or an exchange (please state the size).
